VINCI Facilities uses a national service desk, where facility notifications, technical breakdowns, requests, jobs and minor projects are recorded on the basis of a predetermined contract structure and service lines in the Facility Management Information System (FMIS), making them visible to Contract Managers. Our FMIS creates unique characteristics for each complaint or breakdown, technology, service or location, which means that the matter can be managed on the basis of key figures in order to optimise performance and costs. Furthermore, the facilities officer can follow the KPI scores or financial consequences of the collaboration (fixed and variable costs) in this tool, a vital aspect for reports.

Emergencies are dealt with 24/7 by our breakdown engineers or our partners for constructional support, specialists for specific technologies such as lift systems. Your business continuity is safeguarded by these integrated agreements.

The breakdown analysis is also one of the parameters included in the NEN 2767 condition assessment, as a counterweight for age and other utilisation factors in the case of outmoded systems.
